The undersigned parties agree to the following:

(1) To seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance through prayer in all that we do.

(2) That major decisions be made together.

(3) That the Pastor nor his wife handle funds or sign checks. (Pastor is expected to serve as an overall administrator of business affairs or at least be knowledgeable.)

(4) That the new Cowboy Church Pastor and core members will attend an AFCC Ranchhouse school and commit to implement for one year the AFCC Functional Structure and Model.

(5) The new Cowboy Church planting Pastor agrees to being coached by an AFCC cowboy pastor for 12 consecutive months. The coach will be assigned by the AFCC.

(6) The new Cowboy Church agrees to financially support the AFCC _____% of monthly tithes and offerings. This support is to be sent to P O Box 513, Waxahachie, Texas 75168.
